I have spent hours and hours and hours, using the support from HP and there is NO WAY I can install the software for my Envy 5530. It appears to be compatible only with Windows 8 and I now have Windows 10. It appears, also that there is no HP live people to speak with on the phone. I will never buy another HP printer. I followed all the instructions uninstalling and re-installing and it does not work.

I am not a newby when it comes to working out wrinkles on the net. Before I uninstalled the older software (as per support directions) I could at least get my printer to print. I simply had to keep reinstalling it every time I needed to print something.
